We want you to be completely enamored with your House of Hackney treasures; however, if your order isn't quite right, we offer a 28-day return window for most items in their original, pristine condition. Please note that bespoke items, such as custom-cut wallpapers and made-to-order furniture, are non-returnable.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Parcel

  Carefully repackage your items in their original House of Hackney packaging, ensuring all labels and protective seals remain intact to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to the exterior of your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our atelier team inspects and approves the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10-14 business days.
